- Our client, a software company developing trading technology for the fintech industry are currently looking for a Quality Assurance Lead.
Description:
You will be a motivated Quality Assurance lead to join our clients team and be an active contributor in building their trading platform. Our client is a fast-paced organization that rapidly develops and releases software. Our client is looking to augment their QA team to help balance the output of their growing development organization. You will be required to gain a broad understanding of our client’s technology stack to help write and execute test plans for product releases and contemplating the interactions between components. You will also be required to understand complex functional requirements that accompany a front to back electronic trading system in order to write and execute robust test cases, creatively identifying various tests to validate the functionality of specific features.
Our client’s Quality Assurance organization and the processes that drive it are both growing. An applicant with experience going through such growth is strongly desired.Requirements:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- At least five years of work experience in software quality assurance
- Test Case Design, Planning and Implementation
- Prior experience building and leading a quality assurance organization strongly desired
- Well organized work habits with attention to detail.
