- Our client, a Global software and hardware Company are currently looking for a Solutions Architect to travel throughout the designated and assigned region providing consulting and implementations services. This is a remote role, in a designated territory. You will be working with an experienced and motivated team who are willing to share their knowledge and experience to help you expand your skillset and succeed in reaching your goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Install, configure and Optimize the Clients Solutions
- Use of remote tools to assist customers; troubleshoot and debug Citrix, VMware, Amazon Workspaced and RDS sessions
- Provide technical best practices for partners and customers; build and maintain customer and partner rapport; ensure clear, professional communication between our teams and the customer
- Maintain knowledge of technology trends by attending trainings and reviewing current technical publications
- Focus of work is the DACH region and support in international projects
- Experience in consulting
- Experience with VMware Horizon, Terminal Services, Windows Virtual Desktop, Citrix
- Must be willing and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced knowledge of Linux
- Must be willing to travel at least 50%
- Knowledge of common networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, etc.)
- You are able to grasp complex interrelations and independently develop content
- You like to collaborate with your colleagues toward a common goal
- Very good written and spoken English
