Description

We are currently looking for multiple Studio Directors to set up several Blockchain Gaming Studios across the globe. You would be working for a world leading mobile gaming company, backed by some of the biggest investors in the space, with chart topping downloads and incredible monthly revenue generation.

Role:

Build from the ground up, your own studio (team of gameplay developers and gameplay artists) with the support of the Vice President of Studios and headquarters
Manage the studio budget
Lead from the front, inspire and motivate the teams working on the games, and ensure enthusiasm and passion for the project
Hire and coach your innovative team so they can reach their goals
Continuously optimise game creation process
This could be built 100% remotely or wherever you are located in the world
Monitor and improve game metrics
