An expanding International Tax and Private Wealth practice is seeking an Associate to advise domestic and international clients on sophisticated tax planning and cross-border structuring matters.
The successful candidate will work closely with entrepreneurs, family offices, private investors, multinational families, and international business owners.
Requirements:
• 3-8 years' international tax experience
• Strong understanding of cross-border planning
• LLM in Taxation preferred
• Experience advising high net worth individuals and closely held businesses
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
