As an Atlassian developer you will directly contribute to further development of our clients current ecosystem, which supports external and internal business processes with high degree of automation. You will work in strong relationship with various stakeholders and specially to ensure successful and efficient development and integration of new services. This role requires an energetic and motivated individual with strong technical skills who works well in a fast-paced dynamic environment and has the personality, desire, and ability to meet our clients high-quality standards.
Responsibilities:
• Design and implement a webservice which synchronizes an external Jira ticketing system
with Jira Service Desk/Jira service management considering specific requirements and
constraints
• Design and configure the synchronization script via Exalate Jira Plugin between Jira and Jira
Service Desk
• Document data processes and technical implementation, inclusive the code
• Define and run tests for all implementations
• Cooperate closely with internal stakeholders to make sure that the delivery meets the
requirements, is at expected quality and is in time
• Provide support for feedback and issues reported to related implementation
Experience + Skills:
• Good experience with Atlassian products with a technical focus and proficient in JIRA
• In-depth knowledge of Java, JavaScript, CSS and other web technologies such as HTTP REST,
XML and JSON are mandatory
• Understanding of business processes and can design and implement workflows accordingly
• Focus on quality of the deliverables
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to work under minimal supervision
• Well-organized with high attention to detail
• Fluent in English
