This role offers a dynamic environment for an experienced attorney with 5+ years of employment litigation experience, providing immediate client-facing responsibilities and mentorship from seasoned partners.
What We’re Looking For:
The ideal candidate will have trial and arbitration experience and be comfortable handling cases independently. Key responsibilities include:
✔ Drafting and responding to pleadings
✔ Managing discovery and drafting motions
✔ Arguing motions in court
✔ Taking and defending depositions
✔ Participating in mediations and trials
✔ Handling discrimination claims and restrictive covenant disputesWhat You Bring:
- A JD from an ABA-accredited law school
- Admission to the Texas Bar
- Strong writing and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced setting
