Description

A well-regarded boutique IP firm in Washington, D.C. is seeking a mid-level IP litigation associate with 2–5 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background (preferably in electrical engineering, computer science, or life sciences) and a demonstrated track record in patent litigation before U.S. district courts and the PTAB. Excellent writing, research, and deposition skills are essential. USPTO registration is a plus.
